Registration

Prospective students, click "REGISTER" above to search for available dates and register. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Prospective students should complete and submit the registration form themselves, using their own email address and phone number, if they have one. (A parent or guardian should not complete it for them.) This allows us to get to know the student in their own words, shape the visit around their interests and priorities, and follow up with them later with additional opportunities.

Additionally, each prospective UATX student, including siblings and other students visiting together, should complete their own, separate registration form.

Note: If nothing happens when you attempt to submit the form, please double-check that you have completed all required fields.

Prospective Student Campus Visits

The University of Austin (UATX) Admissions Department offers campus visits for prospective students and their families and other guests on most Mondays and Fridays, September through early July (excluding the first week of each term, student exam weeks, University breaks, and some holidays). Most visits take place from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., though adjusted start and end times can be arranged based on mutual availability.

If you wish to visit on an open Monday or Friday but would like to come at a time other than 9:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., just note that on your form when you register, email admissions@uaustin.org, or call us at 1-737-359-0500.

Visits on other weekdays may also be accommodated if availability permits. To make such a request, or if you have questions, contact us. Visits are not usually offered on Saturdays or Sundays.

Visitors Who Are Not Prospective Students

If you are not a prospective student — if, for example, you are a parent who wishes to visit alone; a teacher, counselor, or school administrator; or a person interested in the University for another reason — please do not complete the Campus Visit form. Instead, email programs@uaustin.org with your first and last name, phone number, and a detailed request. We will review your request and respond promptly, though Admissions cannot guarantee visits for guests who are not prospective students.

College counselors from any high school are also invited to sign up for our free Counselor Convention at our Scarbrough campus on Sunday, Nov. 1, 2026. Attendance is free, hotel accommodations will be provided for the night of November 1, and flights and mileage will be reimbursed for each participating counselor up to $250. Learn more and register here.
